All bookings made with Cat Baby agree with and are bound to to our Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENTS:
Payment is required in full 7 days before the commencement of your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the commencement of your booking, there is no charge (if you have already paid, your account will be credited which will be used against your next booking).
If you cancel less than 7 days, but more than 3 days before the commencement of your booking, 50% fee will be charged (if you have already paid, 50% will be credited to your account).
If you cancel less than 3 days before the commencement of your booking, the full fee will be charged.
Fees are non-refundable if you no longer require certain visits after the commencement of your booking, such as if you return home early.
We will waive cancellation fees in certain circumstances (eg. Death of a pet).
ILLNESS/EMERGENCIES
If we are concerned about your cat during our visits, we will contact you in the first instance, and your emergency contact if we can’t reach you.
If the situation is critical and an emergency, we will take your cat straight to the vet. This will incur a charge of £10 per half hour, and all vet fees incurred will be your responsibility.
We will keep in close contact with you and keep you up to date on any developments.
Cat Baby are not liable for the deterioration of any existing/diagnosed condition of any cat, and are not liable for the death or loss of any cat by any action other than the direct action of Cat Baby.
Cat Baby endeavour to provide the best care for each cat, but are not liable for any loss or illness caused by defects in the provided food or other materials.
For cats who require medication, should we be unable to administer it for any reason such as aggression, Cat Baby are not liable and the client should seek advice from their vet. Should Cat Baby have to transport your cat to the vet in this circumstance, a fee of £25 per visit will apply.
FOOD/LITTER
The owner must ensure adequate food, litter and other necessary equipment is provided for the duration of each booking. If a shopping trip is required by Cat Baby, it will be charged at £20 per trip, plus the total sum of the required products.
KEYS
Each owner provides a set of spare keys, and must ensure all doors/windows/locks are in good repair. Cat Baby are not liable for any security risks should the client wish to leave any windows open.
Should Cat Baby be unable to access the property due to defective keys, a £25 charge will apply and the client will be liable for additional costs such as a locksmith.
Cat Baby offer a free secure key holding service,
If you need your key collected/dropped off a charge will apply.
We can post your keys after a last visit if required, and only if a nearby key holder exists in case of travel delays.
The client may leave their keys in a hiding spot for Cat Baby, but this is at the clients own risk.
INSURANCE
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate buildings and contents insurance is in place to cover the risk of damage caused by the cats whilst left unaccompanied in the property.
Cat Baby is not liable for damage caused by the clients cats.
OTHER
Cat Baby shall be under no liability should it be unable to carry out any services for reasons beyond its control such as but not limited to failure of power supply, acts of God, lockouts.
